DDW is proud to announce the return of its intensive summer training course. The training course will be held from the 1st to the 12th of August, 2011 in Rzeszów at Hala Walter. Trainings will be held Monday through Friday from 13 - 16.00 each day. The course will be conducted by DDW head trainer Don Roid.

Trainees will be taught the fundamentals of wrestling, including in-ring wrestling, character development, talking on the microphone and ring psychology.

The cost of the course is 350zl and a non-refundable deposit of 150zl must be paid by the 1st of July to secure your spot. The balance is to be paid before the start of the course. If your deposit is not made by June 1st, you will have to pay 400zl for the course. This price does not include accommodation or food. A large room at a youth hostel in the center square of Rzeszów, within walking distance to Hala Walter, has already been booked. The price per night is 25zl. The course is open to anyone 18 years of age or older. If you are 16 or 17 years of age you can also participate, but only with a parent’s written permission. No one under 16 will be accepted to the course, NO EXCEPTIONS! Please come prepared with the proper training gear including knee and elbow pads, high top sneakers, tight fitting underwear, and athletic shorts.
