1) The first step to becoming a professional wrestler is to enroll in the DDW wrestling school. Although this sounds like a rather obvious step, it is the most difficult for most aspiring wrestlers. Making the decision to become a professional (as opposed to a backyarder) and to make a career in professional wrestling is not easy. Also, before you decide to enroll in professional training, it is your responsibility to make sure you are in good physical condition BEFORE joining. You should also consult your doctor before enrolling just to make sure you are able to participate. Unlike many professional wrestling schools, DDW will not make you run laps and do push-ups until you vomit. DDW will, however give you first class wrestling training at an affordable price.

2) Once you are in good physical condition and have enrolled in the course, it's time to begin your training. The first things you will be learning will be the basic holds and reversals (hammerlock, wristlock, headlock etc.) . You will also be learning how to hit the ropes, and how to bump (fall down). Also, during this time you will be doing lots of drills that will help to cement in the basics of wrestling.

3) Once you have learned the basics the next step will be to learn "spots" (series of moves) and more complicated bumps and manuvers such as suplexes and backdrops.

4) After you have mastered these things it's time to learn the most important thing of all - ring psychology. Ring psychology involves not only WHAT you do in a match, but WHY you do it.

5) The next part of your training will have to do with character development. Every wrestler must not only be an athelete, but must also have an interesting character he plays. Here you will be learning how to build your character as well as other skills like how to give a promo and how to talk on the microphone.

6) With all of these skills you will need plenty of practice. Wrestilng is a skill that needs to be practiced to get better just like dancing or playing a musical instrument. The DDW wrestling school will be organizing shows for its students on a monthly basis. All students that enroll in the course will have an oppertunity to wrestle on these shows.

7) When you are ready, you will also have the chance to wrestle for DDW on our bigger shows, for example the one at Stodola.

8) DDW will also get you booked on other shows abroad. DDW will use its contacts to get you bookings in other federations in Europe and America, when its trainers feel that you are ready.

9) After your graduation from the DDW wrestling school you will always be welcome back to train and practice at any time. DDW will always be supporting you and helping you further your career. With enough hard work, practice and determination your dream of being a WWE or TNA superstar could come true.
